- Additional work not included in the original quotation may incur extra charges.
- Material specifications, paint brands, colours, and finishes will be agreed upon where applicable.

5. Materials, Colours, and Finishes
Paint colours and finishes can appear different under various lighting conditions and on different surfaces. Online images, digital colour samples, and physical samples may not perfectly represent the final result.
We recommend that customers confirm their preferred colours, finishes, and material specifications before application. Changes requested after approval may involve additional costs and time.

6. Surface Preparation and Existing Conditions
